Hometown Open House Guide is a web-based listing of the Fort Wayne area's open houses that includes mapping features, numerous full color photographs, hot links to the seller's email and their website with 24-hour, 7 days a week access.
Along with the website, we will be publishing a FREE full-color magazine that will list the same open houses sorted by price and location. Hometown Open House Guide magazine will be available at over 100 locations in and around Fort Wayne including all area grocery stores.
Listing an Open House
Anyone can list an open house at www.hometownopenhouseguide.com for as little as $25/week. The listing will appear on the website for as long as you want before the date of the open house, but you will only incur charges when the open house is printed in the magazine.
For example: You have an open house that is a month away. By going to www.hometownopenhouseguide.com you can list that open house from now until the date of your open house on the website for NO CHARGE! When the open house appears in the magazine the week before that weekend of the open house, you will be charged for the listings in the printed issue.
Once you have registered you can see exactly how many times your open house has been viewed. Place your own advertising on the site and watch who and how many click through to your own homepage!

We have 3 banner sizes for the website. Banner ads automatically rotate on the website to provide you with optimum viewing opportunities. All of the banner ads are clickable and we can provide you with statistics on viewings and click throughs. Website advertising can be submitted directly on the Hometown Open House site.

Deadline for ad submission is Monday at 10:00am to run in that week's magazine. There is no charge for us to do the ad layout for you at this time.
