Magazine Open House Announcements
Hometown Open House Guide Magazine is a companion piece to the website. It is a weekly, FULL COLOR, publication distributed freely to the public at area Meijer and Scott's storesthroughout the Greater Fort Wayne area. The magazine is available every Thurday giving potential buyers time to plan their open house visits. The listings in the magazine are displayed in price descending order and include:
Recent Publications
- Date/Time of Open house
- Price
- Number of Bedrooms/Baths
- Details about the house
- Location of the house
- Sellers Information

Magazine listings can be placed for a little as $25/listing and must be received by Monday to be included in that week's publication. All magazine listings will also appear on the website. Contact Us at 260-478-7200 x225 for a full rate card and submittal requirements.
Magazine Advertising:
The Hometown Open House Guide magazine is now accepting advertisements for publications. Advertisements are available on a publication by publication basis with package deals available. Ad rates start at $25/publication so why wait.
Note: you do not need to be a Fort Wayne Area Association of Realtors member to advertise in the magazine.

- Cover positions: 6 3/8 x 9 7/8 (7 1/2 x 11 1/4 full bleed)

Deadline for ad submission is Monday at 10:00am to run in that week's magazine. There is no charge for us to do the ad layout for you at this time.
